There’s More Than One Way to Roast a Chicken! Roasted Chicken
5 lb. whole chicken
For the Rub:
3 tablespoons butter
1 tsp. ground coriander
1 tsp. ground curry
Preheat Oven 375 degrees:
Combine the butter and seasonings into a paste.
Rub the paste all over the chicken leaving enough to rub under the chicken skin.
Bake the chicken for about 60 minutes until the juices in the thigh run clear.
