Rhubarb Champagne

Ingredients

pound Rhubarb
pound Sugar
1 tablespoon Vinegar
8 pints Water

Preparation

Cut the rhubarb and lemons and put all ingredients into water and let stand for 48 hours.

Strain and bottle.

Ready in 3 to 5 days.
