Porkchops

Ingredients

4 pork loin chops, cut 1 1/4 inches think
1 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

Preheat broiler. Trim fat from meat. Rub 1/8 teaspoon black pepper onto both sides of chops.

Place pork chops on unheated broiler pan; broil 3-4 inches from heat for 16-20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F.

This is a basic pork chop recipe; rub a seasoning of your choice on the pork chops in addition to or instead of the black pepper if desired.
