Ingredients

tablespoons olive oil

tablespoons white balsamic vinegar

clove garlic

tablespoon oregano, minced

cups salad greens

2

tablespoons kalamata olives

4

ea canned artichoke hearts

Preparation

Step 1

Combine olive oil, vinegar, garlic and oregano.

Step 2

Toss with salad greens, artichoke hearts and olives.
