Grate colored peel of orange and lemon.Combine peel and water, heat to boiling, cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Mash blueberries in large pot and add peel mixture. Discard pith from orange and lemon. Chop flesh finely and add to blueberry mixture. Heat to boiling, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in sugar and bring to a rolling boil. Stir in pectin and bring to a rolling boil again. Boil hard 1 min. Remove from heat and skim. Ladle into hot jars and seal. Process for 10 minutes.
