Besan Katchoris for the festival . . .

Ingredients

For the dough
1 Cup Fine Flour [Maida] ,
1Tsp Oil,
Salt to taste.
Make a Stuffing
1\4 Cup Bengal Gram Flour [ Besan ],
1-2 Tbsp Oil,
1 Tsp Red Chilly powder,
1\2 Tsp Dry Mango powder,[ Amchur powder],
1\2 Tsp Coriander powder,
1\4 Tsp Turmeric powder,
1\4 Tsp Garam masala,
Few pinch Hing,
One pinch Soda bi carb.

Method for the dough...

Make a dough of fine flour, rub the oil and add salt to taste.

Use water to make dough.

Method for the stuffing . .

Mix all and use very little water to make a dough.

Make small balls from the dough.

Roll a little, put one teaspoon filling.

Seal well, roll some more and fry in oil

on medium heat, until golden brown.

Serve with green chutney and sweet
