frozen round waffles, thawed |
1 |
quart chocolate ice cream, softened |
½ |
cup miniature marshmallows |
½ |
cup hot fudge sauce |

edit Preparation
Step 1 |
Warm the waffles but don't toast them. While still warm, gently fold each in half, like a taco. Place in a 9- by 13-inch baking dish, squeezing into rows so that they retain their shape. |
Step 2 |
In a large bowl, combine ice cream and marshmallows until well mixed, then evenly scoop into the "taco shells." Spoon fudge sauce over the ice cream and top each with a cherry. |
Step 3 |
Cover and freeze until firm. Serve, or keep frozen until ready to serve. |
