Easy Almond Cranberry Granola
Ingredients
1 stick
of
butter
1/2 cup
honey
1/2 cup
of
water
6 cups
of
old fashioned
oats
1/2 cup
of
brown sugar
1 cup
crushed
banana chips
1/2 cup
lightly ground
almonds
1 cup
dried fruit
1 cup of mini
chocolate
or
carob
chips
1/2 cup
of
coconut
Preparation
1
Place butter, honey and water in a
roasting
pan and
heat
in a 325 degree oven until
melted
and combined.

Add oats,
brown
sugar, banana chips and almonds

Roast
for 1 hour,
stirring
every 15 minutes
4
Cool
completely and then add
dried
fruit, chocolate chips and coconut
