cup oil |

can mandarin oranges with juice |

(20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained |

(9 oz.) Cool Whip |

Step 1 |
Beat together all cake ingredients. Grease and flour 3 (9 inch) pans. Divide cake evenly in pans, bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes and cool. |
Step 2 |
Mix all filling ingredients, put between layers and on top. Refrigerate! |
