Hazelnut Dressing

Ingredients

1 teaspoon garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon mustard, French
1 tablespoon sherry
tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon sugar (caster)

Preparation

Place all ingredients except hazelnut oil in a bowl and whisk well.Gradually whisk in hazelnut oil in a thin stream. Dressing should be creamy.
