2 squares unsweetened chocolate
3 tablespoons sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 cup boiling water
3 cups milk, scalded
Preparation

Melt chocolate in top of a double boiler, using hot, not boiling, water on the bottom. Stir in sugar, salt and boiling water and blend thoroughly. Stir in hot milk and heat until very hot, beating with a whisk. Pour into mugs. .
