Honey Barley Wheat Bread

Ingredients

1 1/2 teaspoons yeast - (to 2 tspns)
1 3/4 cups bread flour
1/2 cup barley flour
3 tablespoons vital wheat gluten
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup honey
1 1/2 cups water

Preparation

Place the ingredients in the bread pan in the order recommended by your machine's manufacturer. Process on the appropriate cycle.
