Strawberry Ice Tea

Ingredients

6 teaspoons Tea leaves:
6 cups Strawberry puree:
6 cups Water:
12 tablespoons Sugar syrup:
1 cup Crushed ice:

Preparation

Heat water and when it boils add the tea leaves.

Let it boil once again.

Make a weak decoction.

Strain decoction and keep a side a cool.

Take 6 tall glasses. In each put 2 tablespoons of sugar syrup at the base.

Put the strawberry puree in all the 6 glasses.

Then top with the cool decoction and crushed ice.
