Cinnamon Sugar Butter Cookies

Ingredients

1 cup butter

1/2 cup brown sugar

2 1/4 cups flour

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Preparation

Cream butter. Add brown sugar and mix until well blended. Add flour and mix well. Form into rolls about 1 inch in diameter. Chill for several hours. Slice 1/2 inch thick and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool slightly and roll in cinnamon and sugar (mixed together).
