Oranges In Orange Blossom Water

Ingredients

300 ml simple syrup, (250g sugar boiled with 250ml wa
a large lemon, juice of

Preparation

Chill the oranges and peel them, removing all pith.

Slice into rounds and remove any seeds and middle sections of pith.

Place in a deep dish and cover with the chilled syrup and lemon juice.

Stir in the orange blossom water and chill until ready to serve.
