Yield: 1 servings

6	oranges
300	ml simple syrup, (250g sugar boiled with 250ml water), chilled
1	teaspoon orange blossom water
	a large lemon, juice of

Step 1	Chill the oranges and peel them, removing all pith.
Step 2	Slice into rounds and remove any seeds and middle sections of pith.
Step 3	Place in a deep dish and cover with the chilled syrup and lemon juice.
Step 4	Stir in the orange blossom water and chill until ready to serve.
