Gambas Al Ajo

Ingredients

2 tablespoons olive oil
2 clv garlic, minced
1 chili pepper, chopped
12 prawn, peeled
1 slc bread

Preparation

Heat a frypan over high heat, add the oil.

Add the garlic and chili pepper and cook for 30 seconds. Add the prawns and cook for 1-2 minutes, until they just turn pink.

Place the bread on top (to soak up the spitting oil) and serve.
