How To Make Paneer Shashlik

Ingredients

250 grams Cottage cheese (thick cubes):
Small onions: 12
1 cup Thick curd:
3 cloves Crushed garlic:
5 Mint leaves:
3/4 tea Ajwain: spoon
1/2 tea Garam masala: spoon
1 Red chilly powder: table spoon
Salt to test

Preparation

Hang curd with garlic and mint for at least one hour. Mix with rest of spices. Marinate cottage cheese cubes in mixture for at least 3 hours.

Skewer the cottage cheese, onion and capsicum. Alternately, lay them on the high tray. Preheat the microwave + grill for 10 minutes. Microwave at 100%% power for 2 minutes, then grill for 6 minutes.

Garnish with lemon juice and chaat masala.

Serve sizzling hot.
