Honeyed Pecans

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well, coating all the pecans with sugar, honey and butter. Spread out pecans on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes. Let cool completely before removing and breaking apart. Will keep in an airtight container for two weeks.
