Ginger Pudding

Ingredients

1 tablespoon ground ginger
55 grams stem ginger chopped

Preparation

Add the ground and chopped ginger to the basic pudding recipe.

This is nice with some golden syrup. Either put the syrup at the bottom of the pudding basin at the beginning or warm and pour it over the top at the end.
