1 1/2 teaspoons Yeast
1 1/2 cups Wheat flour
1 1/2 cups White bread flour
1 1/2 teaspoons Salt
2 tablespoons Sugar
1 1/4 cups Warm water
1 tablespoon Dry skim milk or Buttermilk
3/4 cup rolled oats
