Pasta With Salmon Cream Sauce

Ingredients

8 ounces Penne or zita or other tubul
2 teaspoons Butter or margarine
2 teaspoons Onion, minced
2 teaspoons Flour, all purpose
1 cup Peas
1 cup Salmon, red sockeye
1/4 cup Parsley
1 1/4 cups Milk

Preparation

Calories per serving: 300 In large pot of boiling water, cook pasta al dente (tender but firm) about 10 12 minutes. Drain and return to pot. In saucepan, melt butter over medium heat add onion and cook until tender.
