Ingredients

1/2 cup Orange juice

3 tablespoons Honey

3 tablespoons Red wine vinegar

1 Onion, thinly sliced

1 tablespoon Orange rind, grated

1/2 teaspoon Thyme

6 Garlic cloves, halved

1/4 teaspoon Ground allspice

1/4 teaspoon Ground ginger

1/2 Salt

Pepper to taste

In a shallow ceramic or glass dish combine all of the above ingredients.

Use this marinade for chicken or pork. Set meat into marinate and refrigerate overnight. Can grill or bake the chicken or pork.
