ENERGY BALL RECIPE
Ingredients
Unsweetened shredded coconut - 1 cup (plus ¼ cup for rolling)
          Rolled oats- 1 cup
          Sweetened dried Cantaloupe - ¾ cup
          Cashew nut butter- 7-8 tbsp
      Preparation

In a large bowl mix shredded coconut, rolled oats, cantaloupe, honey & cashew nut butter. Mix well.

Roll into bite-sized balls using hands.
