In a 9 x 13 inch
baking pan cover pan with foil. Lay 1 - 1 3/4 inch filets in pan. Pour oil all around pan. (I usually Pam pan first.)
Chop garlic and onion
peel in pan.
Salt and pepper to
taste. Cover complete pan tightly with foil.
Bake in pan for 1 hour covered. Comes out very, very tender.
