tablespoons (heaping) strawberry gelatin |

tablespoons (heaping) cornstarch |

cup Hot water |

Baked pie shell |
2 |
cups Whole strawberries |
Step 1 |
Mix sugar, gelatin & cornstarch in bowl. Add water & cook for 3-4 minutes until clear. Let cool. Put berries into baked pie shell & pour cooled mixture on top. Refrigerate & serve. (May be topped with whipped cream.) |
