Sardine's Crumble

Ingredients

3 TUC or RITZ crackers, or equivalent

Preparation

Open de sardine can, take of head and tail if some, some of the oil, and smash the sardines inside de can.

Cover with the smashed crackers and bake at 200° for about 10 mins.

Serve with lemon and a salad.
