c. graham cracker crumbs

c. sugar

½

c. butter, melted

pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened

tbsp. grated lemon peel

1 ½

c. sugar

tbsp. flour

eggs, added 1 at a time

½

c. lemon juice, beat in (use less lime juice)

tbsp. sugar

tsp. cornstarch

1

(10 oz.) pkg. or frozen strawberries or blueberries or 1 (8 ΒΌ oz.) can crushed drained pineapple

Step 1

Mix crumbs, sugar and butter in 12 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Press down. Mix filling and pour over crumb crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until center seems firm when shaken.

Step 2

Combine and boil for 1 minute. Pour over cake.
