skinless, boneless chicken breast halves |

medium onion, chopped |

cup bottled Italian dressing |
⅓ |
cup soy sauce |

tablespoons molasses |

plums, pitted and sliced |
Step 1 |
Arrange chicken in baking dish. Sprinkle onion over and around chicken. |
Step 2 |
In small bowl, mix together dressing, soy sauce and molasses; pour over chicken. Place plum slices on top of breast halves. |
Step 3 |
Place chicken in 425 F. oven and bake for about 35 minutes or until fork can be inserted in chicken with ease. |
This sweet chicken is sure to be a crowd pleaser. Serve over rice.
