med. bananas

¼

cup hot water

3

tablespoons lime juice

¼

cup light corn syrup

egg white

edit Preparation

Step 1

In blender puree bananas. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until mixed. Pour into a metal loaf pan and freeze until hard. Remove from pan and beat with a mixer until smooth and fluffy.

Step 2

Refreeze until ready to serve. Soften slightly in refrigerator before scooping into serving dish. Serves 4, about 150 calories per serving.
