slc Italian bread, toasted

1

slc Provolone cheese, cut to fit bread

½

small Zucchini, sliced

1

Thin slice Bermuda onion

1

dsh Oregano leaves

2

tablespoons Shredded provolone cheese

1

slc Bacon, crisply fried and

1 ½

teaspoons Bacon bits

Step 1

For each serving, top toast with cheese slice, zucchini and onion; sprinkle with oregano, shredded cheese and bacon. Cook uncovered on ungreased cookie sheet in 350 degree oven until cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.
