Pigeon With Soya Sauce

Ingredients

2 pieces piegon
cup soya sauce
1 teaspoon ajinamotto
1 teaspoon dark soya Sauce
4 pieces star anis
1 teaspoon sugar

Preparation

Cover the pigeon water and boil for 4 minutes.

Then add soya sauce,ajinamotto,dark soya sauce,star anis,cinnamon stick and sugar and boil for half an hour.

Remove pigeon and arrange on a serving plate.

Pour a little of the sauce over the pigeons.
