[edit] Ingredients

1

leg of lamb

1

jar French mustard

3

teaspoons soy sauce

bit of dried ginger

bit of thyme or rosemary

1

clove of garlic

2

tablespoons olive oil

[edit] Preparation

Step 1

Cut any excess fat off the lamb. For the sauce put all the ingredients into a mixing dish first chopping up the garlic. Then stirring quickly gradually drop the olive oil in so that it blends smoothly. Now paint the mustard sauce all over the lamb with a brush. If you dont have a brush you can use your hands but a brush is cleaner and more enjoyable. Put the freshly coated lamb into an oven preheated to 375 degrees F. Baste between drinks. It should be ready in an hour and a quarter (French pink) to an hour and a half (english grey)
