Brazilian Flan

Ingredients

1 can Eagle Brand Condensed Milk

2 cans Whole milk

2 cans Sugar

6 whls eggs

2 tablespoons Cornstarch dissolved with a

Little milk

Preparation

Carmelize a 2 quart glass baking dish with 8 tbsp. of sugar. Let it dry. Mix all ingredients together well. Pour mixture through a sieve into the carmeled baking dish. Place baking dish in a larger pan containing hot water up to about 1" from the top of the baking dish.

Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Cool custard, then refrigerate.

How much is 2 cans of sugar, and 2 cans? of whole milk? This looks delicious and sounds just different enough from other flans...to give a try. But the ingredients are confusing.
