Boil the rice (you can use spare rice from the day before).

In a pan, heat the olive oil and the melon liqueur.

Brown the garlic and when it's browned, put the onion and the green pepper. Throw salt. Stir.

When the mix is brown. Put the goat cheese and the rice and stir again.

Once it's combined, you can serve it with or without the strawberry marmalade. As you wish.
