Strawberry-Raspberry Pie

Ingredients

1 Double pie shell
1 pound Strawberries frozen ( sweet)
2 cups Rhubarb cut into small chunk
cup Sugar
2 tablespoons Tapioca

Preparation

Place ingredients in sauce pan, cook over low heat until tapioca is transparent. spoon with a slotted spoon into pie shell. use left over sauce as syrup or whatever for pancakes. Place top crust on pie, cut slits into top crust, crimp edges.
