Yield: 4 servings

[edit] Ingredients

egg yolks

cup white wine vinegar

1

tablespoon sherry, dry

½

tablespoon balsamic vinegar

1

tablespoon soy sauce

1

teaspoon mustard, whole grain

1

teaspoon sugar (caster)

1

teaspoon garlic, crushed

2

tablespoons lemon juice

½

cup hazelnut oil

½

cup olive oil

½

teaspoon sesame oil

2

teaspoons chives, chopped

Step 1

Place all ingredients except almond oil in a bowl and whisk well.Gradually whisk in almond oil in a thin stream. Dressing should be creamy.
