I recommend my favorite smoothie ingredient: a few leaves of fresh lemon balm. It's very easy to grow and it adds an interesting twist in any smoothie.

Ingredients

1 cup unsweetened strawberries or raspberries frozen
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed

Preparation

1
Place all ingredients in blender in order listed. Cover and process on high until smooth. Serve immediately.
