Ingredients
1 pound chicken livers
3/4 cup chicken fat (or oil)
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 dash pepper

Livers prepared this way would not be kosher. To be kosher they would need to be broiled or grilled to remove the blood according to ritual standards. I'm sure this recipe would taste great, but the the process is not correct for a recipe labeled kosher.
