cups heavy cream |

cup whole milk |

cup pumpkin puree |

teaspoon pumpkin pie spice |

teaspoon vanilla |

Step 1 |
In a medium bowl, whisk together all ingredients until sugar is dissolved. Pour into an ice cream machine and follow maker’s directions. |
Step 2 |
Top with (candied) pecans if desired. |
Step 3 |
Try adding bits of real pumpkin pie to ice cream once it has reached soft-serve consistency. |
