c. sm. red beans

c. water

clove garlic, chopped

lg. onion, chopped

c. shredded carrot

c. tiny soup noodles

c. finely diced celery

(14 ½ oz.) can tomatoes

lb. shank end ham

Step 1

Put all in pan, simmer, covered 2 to 2 1/2 hours until beans and ham are done. Add noodles and cook until done.
