About

Translated literally, "gluehwein" means "glow wine.” However, people often translate just the second half of the German compound, producing the delightfully infelicitous “glue wine.”
This delicious festive beverage is a favourite at dinner parties next to the all famous ‘eggnog’. Chef Jochen makes his version of Glueh Wine with his favourite spice Star Anise to give it that extra Christmas spice! And here’s how to make your party the talk of town!
