You can probably replace chops with steaks, pork back or whatever you have in your fridge.

Ingredients

3 Pork chops (you can change the meat)
2 plums (optional)
2 Green pepper
2 Carrots
2/3 Onion
1 Piece of goat cheese
Salt
Pepper
1 spoon Olive oil
2 spoons melon liqueur

Preparation

Season the chops, cut the plums in 4 parts and the vegetables in small pieces

In a big pan, heat the oil and the melon liqueur

Put the chops and the carrots

Put the pepper and the onion

Put the plums

Once the ribs are fried, set aside with the plums and put the goat cheese in the man. Mix with the vegetables

Once it's combined serve all together and enjoy!
