Cheesy Scrambled Eggs On Toast

Ingredients

186 milliliters of milk
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of mixed herbs (optional)

Preparation

Crack eggs into a glass bowl. Add milk. Whisk thoroughly using a fork. Add salt, black pepper, mixed herbs and mix again. Place in microwave for 3 minutes, grate cheese, stir it in and then microwave again for a further 2 minutes. Make sure eggs are thoroughly cooked.

Serve on crusty buttered toast.
