can (14 oz) of sweetened Condensed Milk |

cup stick ( ½ ) unsalted butter |

teaspoon cardamom powder |
Few strands of saffron |

Step 1 |
In a microwave safe bowl, (Use a deep microwaveable bowl so it doesn't overflow )melt the butter for 30 seconds. |
Step 2 |
Add milk powder and condensed milk and mix well. |
Step 3 |
Microwave uncovered for 2 mins. Stir well, microwave again for another 2 mins. |
Step 4 |
Microwave in 1 min interval until you see the mixture getting thick |
Step 5 |
Add the cardamom powder and saffron powder(Keep saffron in your pam and rub with your thumb) |
Step 6 |
The batter should have a crumbled texture and should not brown at the bottom. |
Step 7 |
Now allow the mixture to cool . Grease hands with ghee/butter and make small balls, flatten it with the palm of your hand. |
Step 8 |
Garnish with chopped pistachios. |
Step 9 |
Note: After 4 mins, check every minute to make sure it doesn't burn. |
