[edit] Ingredients

cups Non-fat Dry Milk

1

can (14 oz) of sweetened Condensed Milk

1

cup stick ( ½ ) unsalted butter

1

teaspoon cardamom powder

Few strands of saffron

Chopped pistachios for

decoration (optional)

Step 1

In a microwave safe bowl, (Use a deep microwaveable bowl so it doesn't overflow )melt the butter for 30 seconds.

Step 2

Add milk powder and condensed milk and mix well.

Step 3

Microwave uncovered for 2 mins. Stir well, microwave again for another 2 mins.

Step 4

Microwave in 1 min interval until you see the mixture getting thick

Step 5

Add the cardamom powder and saffron powder(Keep saffron in your pam and rub with your thumb)

Step 6

The batter should have a crumbled texture and should not brown at the bottom.

Step 7

Now allow the mixture to cool . Grease hands with ghee/butter and make small balls, flatten it with the palm of your hand.

Step 8

Garnish with chopped pistachios.

Step 9

Note: After 4 mins, check every minute to make sure it doesn't burn.
