Grilled Chicken With Pepper Sauce
15 grams Butter, melted (½oz)
2 lrg Red peppers, cored and chopped
75 grams Sundried tomatoes, (3oz)
2 teaspoons Soft light brown sugar
1 tablespoon White wine vinegar
1 227 gram can chopped tomatoes, (8oz)
1 tablespoon Freshly chopped parsley
3. Simmer the sauce for 3-4 minutes then pour over the cooked chicken breasts, and sprinkle with parsley.
NOTES : A quick and easy delicious pepper sauce to serve with chicken.
