blueberry oatmeal healthy breakfast

Ingredients

1 cup of blueberries
2 tablespoons of oatmeal
½ cup of almond milk
2 tablespoons of honey
½ cup of natural yogurt
half avocado
10 mint leaves

Preparation

Before bedtime mix oatmeal with almond milk in a bowl. Leave overnight in the fridge.

In the morning, mix together oatmeal with blueberries and honey and the rest of ingredients. Add Yogurt and blend.
