Lemon Or Lime Glaze For Chicken, Fish, Or Vegetables

Ingredients

1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 teaspoon lemon or lime juice
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 cup unsalted chicken broth
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon grated lemon or lime peel

In a 2 cup microwaveable measuring cup combine all ingredients. Microwave on high for 1 to 2 minutes, or until clear and thickened. Serve as a topping for chicken, fish or vegetables.
