large head of Romaine lettuce rough chopped |

roma tomatoes chopped |

cup crumbled feta cheese |

Step 1 |
Slice the raw chicken breasts lengthwise into 4 thin strips each. |

In a small bowl whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, vinegar, oregano and garlic. |
Step 4 |
Pour half the dressing over the chicken and turn it to coat well. |
Step 5 |
Grill the chicken about 4 minutes on each side. |
Step 6 |
Combine the vegetables, parsley and cheese in a large bowl. |

Place 1-2 strips of chicken in a pita, top with salad mixture, drizzle with tzatziki and hummus and fold in half. |
