Rolls of phyllo dough with cherry and quartirolo cheese

Ingredients

Rolls of phyllo dough with cherry and quartirolo cheese

12 sheets of phyllo dough
2 zucchini
1 shallot
50 grams quartirolo
50 grams of growth

Divide the rectangle of phyllo dough into 4 pieces and place one tablespoon of dough on one side of each square obtained.

Close roll bending in the side edges and then rolled up the roll, brushing with oil as the coil.

Brush the rolls with beaten egg, arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 180°C for 25-30 minutes or until they look golden.
