Yield: 1 servings

[edit] Ingredients

1

tablespoon (heaping) liquid lecithin

1

pint Grain alcohol (or vodka)

[edit] Preparation

Step 1

Blenderize above. Do not put into spray bottle, but use with small wipes made with a small bit of paper towel. Very economical! For coating veggies for grilling, use in place of oil, mixing in with spices and vinegars or juices before tossing vegies.
